The AGM was held on 20th May at Royal Brighton Yacht Club.
The committee remains unchanged.
The special resolution to adopt new a new constitution (consistent with Victorian legislation and the new model rules) was successful. Consumer Affairs have since given formal approval to our new Rules of Association (informally known as the constitution).
The new Rules are available on the website. They meet the new legislated requirements while
preserving important Rules, policies and practices of the club. As part
of this process, some areas of uncertainty in the old Rules were clarified.
