future capital works

The lounge / dining area emerged in the 2008 membership survey as the part of the lodge where the majority think work needs to be done. The committee is considering future capital works in this part of the lodge (while preserving the section of ‘heritage wallpaper’) in addition to other work that may be necessary as part of the lease renewal process. No work is likely prior to the 2009 season.
